Domestic Shipping, Understanding Transit Time and When It BeginsUpdated 4 days ago

We want to set the right expectations so your delivery experience is smooth and predictable. Below is a full breakdown of the shipping services we offer, the transit times for each one, and when those timelines officially begin.

When you select a shipping method at checkout, the transit time does not start the moment you place your order. Transit time begins only after our warehouse team has picked and packed your order, created your shipping label, and the carrier has scanned the package into their system.

For example, selecting overnight shipping means your package will arrive one business day after UPS scans it, not one day from when the order is placed.

Please review the shipping options below to help you choose the best method for your needs.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping arrives in about 5 to 7 business days once the carrier has scanned the package.

UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 3 Day Select delivers within 3 business days after your package has been scanned into the UPS network.

UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air delivers within 2 business days once your label has been scanned by UPS.

UPS Overnight
UPS Overnight delivers within 1 business day after UPS has scanned the package.

Important to Know
Processing time and transit time are two separate steps. Processing happens first, transit begins second. During high volume periods and product launches, processing times may extend slightly before your package enters the carrier network.
