I never got my order. It was marked as Refused.Updated 11 hours ago
We understand how frustrating it can be to expect a package and see it marked as “Refused.” Our goal is to make sure you know exactly what this means and how the process works.
What does “Refused” mean?
“Refused” means the carrier was unable to deliver your order due to reasons such as no one being available to receive it, an incorrect or incomplete address, or the package not being picked up from the post office if applicable. “Refused” is another term for an order that has been sent back to the vendor.
What does this process look like?
When an order is marked as refused, it is returned to our warehouse. Once the package is received and the items are checked back into inventory, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card that does not expire. You can then use this gift card to repurchase your items and update any necessary shipping information to ensure successful delivery.
Please note:
If your order is marked as Refused, it will be treated as a return once it reaches our warehouse. Because of this, we cannot reship the original package. To receive your items, a new order must be placed using the gift card issued to you.
