What international shipping options do you offer?

To give our international customers the best value and reliable delivery, we offer two shipping options at checkout: Standard Courier and Express Courier.

Standard Courier (DDP Shipping)

Our most cost-effective international option. Here’s how it works:

• Once your order is placed, it’s picked, packed, and prepped with Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP), so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
  
  

• Your package is first sent to our international shipping hub.
  
  

• After processing at the hub, it continues on its journey to you.
  
  

This method helps keep international shipping costs lower, while still ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.

Why does my tracking show no updates?

Don’t worry! If you selected Standard Courier, tracking may appear paused while your package is en route to or being processed at our international hub.
 Once it’s scanned in at the hub, tracking will resume and begin updating as it heads to your destination.

Express Courier (via DHL)

Need your order faster? Choose Express Courier.

• Your order is picked and packed as soon as it’s placed.
  
  

• Instead of routing through our hub, it ships directly to you via DHL Express for quicker delivery and full tracking from start to finish.
